Hp smart app not downloading

Couldn't find the app or something. (Never been a fan of the App Stores that install things without fully letting me control where and how, and this situation proves why). So i went to Apps and Features, and uninstalled HP Smart. I went to Microsoft Store, and tried to install it again. and get the HP Smart, Couldn't Install, We'll retry shortly.
